Roger:  I really would not want your job with all the regulations and hoops you have to jump thru.  We signed the refinance yesterday (1-27-10) at Randy’s office and funded our share to West Texas Abstract.  He told us you would get us a copy of the appraisal. Thanks for all your hard work and keeping me informed when things weren’t going as planned. I know we will be purchasing other homes in the future and will keep your number and email address.  If I ever get the opportunity to recommend your services to someone else I will not hesitate.   Thanks Again for handling this refinance as it will save us around $160,000.00 over the ten year term of the note compared to where we were.    D.
